Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to simulator bookings, use of the simulator bay, and participation by every player in the booking party at Chainbreakers Disc Golf.

1. Booking Party Responsibility

The customer books for the whole group.

  • The person making the booking confirms that all names and phone numbers submitted for the group are accurate.
  • The booking customer is responsible for the conduct of every participant in the group during the session.
  • If a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must have authority to agree to these terms on that participant's behalf.
2. Assumption Of Risk

Simulator use involves risk.

  • By booking or participating, each participant understands that simulator use, disc throwing, swinging, movement in the bay, and use of related equipment involve risks of personal injury, property damage, or other loss.
  • Each participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with entering the simulator area and taking part in the session.
  • Participants agree to follow staff instructions and use the simulator bay only as intended.
3. Release Of Liability

Use the simulator at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the booking customer and each participant release and hold harmless Chainbreakers Disc Golf, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, demands, damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to the booking, participation in the simulator session, or presence in the simulator area, including claims based on ordinary negligence.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive any claim that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. Damage Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by the group.

  • The booking customer accepts full financial responsibility for any damage, breakage, misuse, or loss caused by the booking customer or any participant in the group.
  • This includes damage to simulator screens, launch monitors, projectors, sensors, mats, nets, discs, computers, tablets, walls, flooring, furniture, or any other shop or bay property.
  • Chainbreakers Disc Golf may charge or invoice the booking customer for the full cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, or related service caused by that damage.
5. Rules And Removal

Inappropriate behavior can end the session.

  • Participants must act safely, respect staff instructions, and avoid inappropriate behavior, including foul language, harassment, abuse, intoxication, threats, or destructive conduct.
  • At the sole discretion of Chainbreakers Disc Golf staff, any participant may be refused service or removed from the simulator area for inappropriate behavior, including foul language, unruly conduct, abusive conduct, intoxication, threats, destructive behavior, or failure to follow staff instructions.
  • If service is refused or a participant or group is removed for those reasons, no refund, credit, or rescheduled session is required.
  • Removal of any participant or group does not remove the booking customer's responsibility for damage, repair costs, or any other charges arising from the session.
6. Scheduling And Availability

Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Simulator sessions are scheduled during current posted booking hours and may be changed, delayed, or canceled if equipment, staffing, or facility conditions require it.
  • Chainbreakers Disc Golf does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the simulator, internet connection, software, or scoring features.
  • If your booking details change, contact the shop as soon as possible at (352) 501-8397.
